Biography

Dr Caoimhe Glancy is a Senior Registrar in Psychiatry, specialising in Intellectual Disability and General Adult Psychiatry. Having previously worked as an NCHD Innovation Fellow with HSE Spark and completed a Professional Diploma in Service Design at NCAD, she has a particular interest in applying human-centred design to improve healthcare experiences and environments. She is passionate about supporting frontline healthcare workers to use design thinking and innovation to create more effective, compassionate, and inclusive services for patients and staff.
