Biography

Jeanette Delahunty is a psychologist, psychotherapist, neurodiversity consultant and founder of TSK Academy, an award-winning social enterprise dedicated to creating more inclusive workplaces, schools, healthcare services and communities. She specialises in neurodiversity, trauma, psychological safety and inclusive practice, delivering training and consultancy across healthcare, education and corporate sectors. Alongside her professional expertise, Jeanette brings lived experience as a neurodivergent person and parent of neurodivergent children, offering a unique perspective on how people experience the environments designed to support them. Passionate about improving psychological safety and reducing unnecessary barriers, she combines evidence-informed practice with real-world insight to help organisations create more inclusive and accessible experiences for everyone.
