Biography

Lisa Ann Kennedy, PhD, is an analyst with the National Care Experience Programme at the Health Information and Quality Authority (HIQA), where she supports the design, analysis and reporting of patient and service-user surveys and engagement activities in order to improve the quality of health and social care services in Ireland.

Lisa Ann has contributed to a range of national care experience programmes of engagement aimed at enhancing patient-centred care and reducing health inequalities, including the ongoing National Mental Health Experience Survey, the National Inpatient Experience Survey and the National Nursing Home Experience Survey.
