Lizzy works as a Service Coordinator at Solace Café, Dublin, supporting adults experiencing mental health difficulties, feeling overwhelmed, or in crisis, within a safe, welcoming, non-clinical, and recovery-focused environment. Lizzy holds a BSc in Psychology and an MSc in Psychology and Wellbeing from Dublin City University. She is dedicated to fostering safe, inclusive, and empowering environments where individuals feel heard, understood, and supported. Her core values include connection, compassion, and person-centred care, and she advocates prioritising lived experience in mental health and disability services. She is especially interested in mental health, neurodiversity, and accessible community-based psychological support.
