Biography

I am a Service and Interaction Designer with Children’s Health Ireland and a member of the HSE Spark Innovation Programme Network, where I contribute to the development and implementation of frontline clinical initiatives and national projects through a human-centred design approach.

My practice spans service design, interaction design, physical and digital prototyping, and workshop facilitation, helping multidisciplinary teams navigate complex healthcare challenges. I am passionate about co-design and participatory design, working closely with patients, families, and healthcare staff to ensure that services and solutions are grounded in lived experience.

Through my work, I am committed to championing design-led innovation and strengthening design capability across the Irish health service.
