Biography

Siobhán is a Clinical Nurse Manager 3 (CNM3) with over 14 years of experience in mental health nursing across Ireland and Australia. Since 2023, she has provided clinical and operational leadership within a 50-bed approved acute inpatient mental health centre at University Hospital Limerick, with a focus on patient safety, quality improvement, clinical governance, and service development.

Throughout her career, Siobhán has worked across a broad range of mental health settings, including acute inpatient services, community mental health teams, rehabilitation and recovery services, and multidisciplinary healthcare environments. Her extensive experience has fostered a strong commitment to creating safe, therapeutic, and recovery-oriented environments for individuals accessing mental health services.
